AJL Studios Return & Refund Policies

Returns

If the work was shipped and delivered, you may return the work at your own behest and shipping fees for full refund on the condition that the work returns unopened and/or undamaged and in mint, re-selling condition (including but not limited to smudges, tears, wrinkles, bends, folds, marks). Art Jiu Jitsu Life is not held responsible for damages incurred in shipment returns and will consider the item sent back a loss, unable to replace or financially refund. 

Cancellations

Cancellations are honoured within a 48 hour timeframe for a full refund. After the 2 day requirement, you will be refunded the majority percentage of the print, with the minority percentage to simply cover the cost of print production. If the work has shipped, you may attempt to Return the work. Please see RETURNS for those considerations and conditions.

Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent free of all charges. Clear photo documentation of damage must be sent for Replacement request to be processed. If you change your mind about the print you ordered, please see RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS for further information.
